The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. This website does not store the form answers in a database. You choose whether to send the prepared message in WhatsApp; messages sent there are handled by that service and Business Lab.
Website preferences
If you change the motion setting, the site stores that preference in your browser’s local storage. No advertising or analytics scripts are installed in this replacement site.
Protected Business Lab AI records
This site does not display or modify diagnostic records. The AI service has separate access controls and policies.

Academy accounts and learning
The WordPress academy stores course enrollment sources and lesson completion in your user account. WooCommerce manages orders and payment records separately. YouTube lessons use privacy-enhanced embeds. Contact Business Lab to request export or erasure of academy records.
Certificates, loyalty and optional messages
The academy stores completion certificates, a points ledger, learning activity and notification preferences. WhatsApp marketing is optional and needs a separate consent choice with an international phone number. Withdraw in My Academy or reply STOP. Opted-in study reminders can be disabled independently. Meta processes WhatsApp messages and delivery information; WooCommerce retains orders and redeemed coupons separately.
